Getting Started

To begin Maximizing your Opportunities through SMI, you will need to:

  1. Complete the Application.
  2. Obtain two References to complete and forward the Reference Form to the SMI office.
  3. Forward the application and supplemental information requested to the SMI office along with the application fee.
  4. Wait for a member of SMI’s leadership team to contact you.

Once your application has been approved, you will be notified and given additional information regarding the next steps to follow.
