SMI and Apartment Life have formalized an official partnership. Since Apartment Life places resident chaplains known as CARES Team members in apartment complexes to build community and minister relationally through social activities and resident care, this partnership is a win for everyone involved. CARES Team members perform the ministry and resident services as they live and work within the community. Apartment Life trains and manages them and collaborates with apartment management in offering apartment housing. SMI helps CARES Team members to obtain additional income for their ministry involvement while fostering their personal and professional development through mentoring relationships. And together, we impact God’s Kingdom as we fulfill our calls and our place in the Body of Christ.
