Biblical Giving is always to God, not an individual or church [or ministry]

Biblical Receiving is always from God and not from an individual.

But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this. Everything comes from You, and we have given You only what comes from Your hand.

I Chronicles 29:14

Facilitating the Possibilities…

You have an invitation to participate in God’s Kingdom – to find out what God is doing and get involved, to connect with others to carry out His plans. There are many ways to participate – through prayer, physically giving of your time, talents and skills as well as offering financial gifts.

As a Ministry Partner with SMI, you have an opportunity to facilitate the possibilities for those who have given their lives to serve God through ministering to and equipping His people – you being one of them.

His Kingdom is made of things such as this – each member of His Body, the Church, doing their part in the way God has called them to build His Kingdom – meeting Kingdom needs. Your part is equally important.

Becoming a Ministry Partner of SMI
Your partnership with SMI will invest in the next generation of ministers personally, professionally and financially. Now, during their journey of preparation, you can help increase their effectiveness for ministry. In the context of a mentoring environment, SMI’s student ministers receive compensation for their ministry involvement while learning ministry skills, discovering their strengths and weaknesses, developing their ministry gifts, challenging ministry perspectives and sharpening their leadership abilities – even refining their call. SMI wants to empower these ministers to attain habits that ensure balance and health for a life of ministry. SMI provides a community and resource to encourage their personal refinement and wise financial management. SMI's process helps them gain crucial ministry skills of practicing and influencing biblical stewardship and Kingdom giving and investment that could significantly impact the ministries in which they will be involved in the future. SMI assures accountability. Your gifts empower the exchange.

Your provisions will exponentially impact the Kingdom as they transition into full time ministry impacting those under their influence in a positive, transforming manner rather than harmful, deforming ways. You can empower these ministers to learn lessons now to increase their ministry effectiveness for the future. You can help build healthy ministries by helping SMI build healthy ministers.

Invitation to Participate

God gives His children many blessings. By sensing God’s activity – where He is working – you can honor God for all that He has done for you by sharing in His plans and give back to Him. You get to participate in what God is doing and bless others in the process.

God is able to provide more than enough for all His ministries. (Ps 50) Will you be the one through whom He provides for this ministry? Consider the possibilities. Maximize your opportunities to give. Accept the invitation to get involved. Don’t miss out on the blessings of participating in God’s Kingdom.

Together Building Healthy Ministers & Ministries

Without healthy, prepared, skilled leaders of exceptional character, the church will not be effective in its mission. SMI is on the front lines of investing in these leaders now while they are preparing to lead. I would not be the pastor I am today without the multi-faceted influence of SMI...

I am better prepared as a pastor because SMI allowed me to work in local church ministry while in seminary rather than having to take another type of outside employment...
