Online Giving
Use your credit card to make a contribution using our secured PayPal site.
A minimum of $30 is required
for credit card contributions.
When making your contribution, please notate the preferenced SMI ministry
account number, if any, in the box marked SMI Ministry Account Number. To

EFT –
Monthly Giving
Click
here to print out the EFT Authorization form to have your monthly contribution
transferred electronically from your bank account. You can have your contribution
transferred on the 3rd or 18th of each month.
Mail Your
Gift
Mail your contribution to the address below. Place in the memo line of your
check the preferenced SMI ministry account, if any.

Transferring
Stock
You can take advantage of a tax break allowed by the IRS for transferring
appreciated securities to SMI. You can transfer securities electronically,
or you can mail a certificate. For further instructions, click

Employee
Matching Gifts
Many companies will match contributions made to non-profit organizations
through their employee matching gifts program. Employees can even re-direct
gifts through United Way to SMI. Maximize your gifts by checking with your
company to see if they have a matching program or if they participate in
the United Way program.
